1. Special hints
1.1 This Agreement applies to all maskface users. to better serve you, please read this agreement carefully. This agreement is the standard of rights and obligations between you and the app for all the behaviors involved in your registration and use of the app platform. When you click "register" and other buttons during the registration process and log in and use after registration, you indicate that you have fully agreed and accepted this agreement and are willing to abide by all the rules and specifications of this agreement. If you do not agree, you can stop registration or use this application platform.
1.2 in order to improve the user's experience and satisfaction, the user agrees that the application will conduct investigation, research and analysis of user data based on the user's operation behavior, so as to further optimize the service.
2. Service content
2.1 unless otherwise expressly provided in this registration and service agreement, new products, new functions and new services introduced by the application are governed by this registration and service agreement. This application only provide network services, in addition to equipment related to the related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other associated with access to the Internet or mobile device) and the required fees (such as pay for access to the Internet and telephone and Internet access, and pay for the use of mobile phone) shall be borne by users.
3.Use rules
3.1 user account registration
3.1.1 users registered with the application system shall register with their mobile phone number.
3.2 maskface reserves the right to disqualify any user whose account contains indecent characters or inappropriate names.
3.2.1 do not register with the real name, font size, stage name or pen name of state leaders or other social celebrities;
3.2.2 do not register in the name of a national institution or any other institution;
3.2.3 do not register an account with an uncivilized or unhealthy name or an account with words of discrimination, insult or obscenity;
3.2.4 do not register accounts that may cause ambiguity, misunderstanding or other accounts that do not conform to legal provisions.
3.3 the ownership of the user account belongs to the application, and the user only enjoys the right to use it.
3.4 the user is obliged to guarantee the security of the password and account. Any loss or damage caused by the user's activities with the password and account shall be borne by the user. The app shall not assume any responsibility. If the user finds that the account is used without authorization or has any other security problems, he/she shall immediately change the account password and keep it properly. If necessary, please inform the application manager. The app does not assume any responsibility for the illegal use of the account due to hacking or user's negligence.
3.5 when the third party think that user or upload information in the application of infringement of their rights, and according to the relevant laws and regulations to the application to send notice of rights, the user agrees that this application could judge for themselves decided to delete the suspected infringing information, unless the user submits written evidence to rule out the possibility of infringement, this application will not be automatically restore the deleted information;
(1) shall not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
(2) comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;
(3) shall not use the services of the application for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(4) the application service shall not be used for any behavior detrimental to the application.
3.7 if the user violates any of the above provisions when using the network service, the app shall have the right to ask the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting the contents uploaded by the user, suspending or terminating the user's right to use the network service) to mitigate the impact caused by the user's misconduct.
4. Statement of responsibility
4.1 if any website, entity or individual thinks that the app or the relevant content provided by the app is suspected of infringing their legitimate rights and interests, they shall promptly provide the app with written notice of their rights and provide proof of identity, ownership and detailed proof of infringement. After the application receives the above legal documents, it will cut off the relevant content as soon as possible to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of relevant websites, units or individuals are protected.
4.2 the user expressly agrees that the user shall be solely responsible for the risks and all consequences arising from the use of the app's network services, for which the app shall not be liable.
4.3 the application cannot guarantee that the network service can meet the requirements of users, nor guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.
4.4 the app does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links set for the convenience of users. Meanwhile, the app does not assume any responsibility for the content on any webpage that is not under the actual control of the app.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 the copyright of the unique logo, layout design and arrangement of the app belongs to the app. Without the authorization of the app, it shall not be copied or reproduced arbitrarily.
5.2 the information obtained by the user from the service of the application shall not be reproduced or reproduced arbitrarily without the permission of the application.
5.3 all contents of this APP, including product description, pictures and other contents, belong to users of maskface APP and shall not be reproduced by anyone.
5.4 all contents uploaded by users of the app only represent their own positions and views, and have nothing to do with the app. The author shall bear all legal responsibilities.
5.5 the intellectual property rights of the above and any other contents contained in the service are protected by law. Without the written permission of the application, the user or the relevant oblige, no one is allowed to use or create derivative works in any form.
6. Privacy protection
6.1 the application shall not disclose to the public or provide to a third party the registration information of a single user and the non-public contents stored in the community when the user USES the network service, except the following:
(1) obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance;
(2) according to relevant laws and regulations;
(3) according to the requirements of relevant competent government departments;
(4) to safeguard the interests of the public.
6.2 the app may cooperate with a third party to provide users with relevant network services. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility of protecting users' privacy as the community, the community shall have the right to provide the third party with the user's registration information and other information without informing the user.
6.3 on the premise of not disclosing individual users' private information, the application has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.
7. Modification of the agreement
7.1 the app has the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the content of this agreement changes, the app will publish the modified content of this agreement on the app. If the user does not agree with the above modification, he/she can choose to stop using the app. The application may also choose to notify the user of the modification by other appropriate means (such as system notification).
7.2 users have the right to stop using the app if they do not agree with the modification made by the app to the relevant terms of this agreement. If the user continues to use the app, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the modification made by the app to the terms of this agreement.
8. Delivery of notice
8.1 all notifications made by the app under this agreement can be made through webpage announcement, E-mail, system notification, active contact with microblog management account, private message, SMS or regular mail transmission. Such notice shall be deemed to have been served on the addressee on the date of dispatch.
8.2 the user's notification of the application shall be delivered through the contact information such as the mailing address and E-mail address officially published by the application.
9. Face Data
The App collects and processes user-uploaded face images solely for the purpose of allowing users to create face-swapped videos and images within the App. We do not collect any other personal information associated with the face data, and we do not access the face data for any other purposes outside the App.
Use of Face Data
The face data collected by the App is used exclusively to enable users to apply their facial features to other images or videos through face-swapping functionalities. We do not use the face data for any other purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or data analytics.
Disclosure and Sharing
We do not disclose or share any user face data with third parties. All face data remains within the App and is not transmitted or shared externally. Your face data is securely stored on our cloud servers and is only accessible to you for the purpose of creating and editing face-swapped content.
Data Retention
We retain the face data used to create videos and images for a maximum of three days. After this period, the face data will be automatically deleted from our servers. Please note that any face-swapped content you create within the App may still be stored on your device or cloud storage, as we do not have access to or control over user-generated content once it leaves the App.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your face data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with face data without your consent, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the information.
